We run a wide range of programs from seminars to workshops, symposiums and courses on a variety of topics around meditation and self-development.
People who come to our events usually find that over time they increase their inner balance, sense of self, general well being and happiness. They also become more calm & relaxed and develop a higher self-esteem & self worth. As a result people find that their resilience to deal with day to day issues is increased, which in turn leads to better outcomes and real life changes.

We are unique by offering all our events without charging. Instead we simply ask you to contribute / donate based on the value you feel you have received and are able to contribute. This way everyone can come as often as one like and no one is excluded. The more one remembers to change, the faster change will happen.
