They also become more calm & relaxed and develop a higher self-esteem & self worth. As a result people find that their resilience to deal with day to day issues is increased, which in turn leads to better outcomes and real life changes

We are unique by offering all our events without chargingInstead we simply ask you to contribute / donate based on the value you feel you have received and are able to contribute. This way everyone can come as often as one like and no one is excluded.  The more one remembers to change, the faster change will happen.
